The house was built in 1890 in a typical Ottoman architectural style. One part of the building which was considered as the private area of the house (haramlek) is dedicated to accommodation and offers 23 rooms overlooking the oriental style lobby.

All rooms are air-conditioned, and have a private bathroom, a direct dial phone line and a mini-bar. The other part of the house (Public, Salamlek) offers a court with a fountain with 2 sitting areas (iwans)
